Well, hello there, Mr. Henry. Not just a pretty face, Thierry is one of the world’s most celebrated ‘ballers. He has played for Monaco, Juventus, Arsenal, Barcelona and currently plies his trade as a forward with the New York Red Bulls. He is Arsenal’s all time leading scorer and achieved the same record with the French National Team (not to mention winning the World Cup in 1998). He retired from international football right after the 2010 World Cup and came to NY. Welcome, Thierry, we’re happy to have you on our squad. (And to be shallow, we definitely enjoy looking at you).

I do love him, but he leaves me w/such conflicting emotions.
As a gooner I appreciate everything he’s done for Arsenal & as a supporter of the French NT I support him, however; I also support the Irish NT (blood of the Irish runs through me), so yeah………
I can understand – I have similar feelings about many players too and that handball was complete and utter bullshit. But let’s just look at the lovely man’s nice package and let conflicting thoughts float away on the breeze. Let us engage our libidos and not our brains… And I’m pretty sure that photo was taken pre-handball so he was more pure then. 😉 There will be a few upcoming drools that I have issues with, but I know other peeps like them soooooo, we’ll end up featuring them (Good examples? Pretty much anyone from Barcelona and Zlatan).
blah Zlatan…….and anyone from Barca, am more ready to ogle this fine former gunner than any of those twats ;-P
It will be a long, long time before I resort to featuring Zlatan, trust me. He’s just such a *douche*. And Barca, well, I will confess a weakness for wee little Bojan. He’s so cute. Like some sort of baby animal. It’s almost like he’s not a Barca player at all. The rest of them? Not so much.
If you have a list of boys who you want featured, please send them on! Next week is Muppet Babies Week. I’ll be featuring all young ‘ballers. Jailbait! will kick off the week.
At some point, we may need to feature Horsey on the blog. That is, if Fernando will allow him in the spotlight. 😉
jumping in here:
cannot wait for muppet babies week! so so excited.
but more importantly, second the call for a horsey post. jk, you need to talk to fernando and make it happen!
*snort* I’m working on the 4th installment this weekend (well tomorrow nothing is getting done because of the CC Final & the Oscars). You are more than welcome to feature Horsey.
Horsey! Horsey! Horsey! I don’t want this to turn into a “Turtles and Tiaras” scenario though. I refuse to exploit Horsey. I’m not that kind of girl. BTW, do you have a link to the original tumblr translation mishap?
I don’t, maybe its in that post at ontd.
Don’t worry it won’t turn into Turtles & Tiaras.
Muppet Babies Week is making me feel like even more of a dirty old lady than usual!
so basically muppet babies is going to be half of the Arsenal team yes?
Any special Arsenal Muppet Baby requests?
no, I was joking, because the Arsenal team is so young.
ok, I guess little hobbit (and destroyer of Barca) Jack 😉
He’s already in the line up for this week. 🙂 He won me over with being too scared to ask for Messi’s shirt.
