Very, Very Interesting…

Debating the merits of which hair gel to use in the game today

So…Marca is reporting the starting line up as follows and I find it very, very interesting – to say the least:

Goalkeeper: Iker

Defenders: Sergio Ramos, Albiol, Carvalho, Marcelo

Midfield: Pepe, Xabi Alonso, Sami Khedira

Attackers: Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Angel Di Maria.

So he’s going with a 4-3-3 and leaving Ozil out of it?  Hmmmm, 3 central defenders and CripsyKarim and Fideo up front. What do you guys think about that? Puyi is back for Barca today as well (Bojan and Abidal are still out).  I’ll be interested to see how this works. In Mou We Trust!

Some other little bits…

Crispy and El Pirata yesterday

El Pirata was tweeting about how nervous he was about the game today and how bummed he was that he wasn’t playing. Unamadridista has the tweet translations here and in the post she mentions that it wasn’t just Spanish journalists who walked out of the press conference – journalists from Italy, Sweden, Portugal and France took part. The whole thing was shameful. Una said that Real Madrid knew in advance about the walkout but refused to give in to the journalist’s blackmail. Mou went to the press conference solely as support for Aitor Karanka. Mou, you are a class act!

Yes, you need to leave, Mou – you’re too smokin’ for this press conference

Iker in a hideous patched shirt (seriously, enlarge it – it’s shite)
He can wear whatever he wants as long as he keeps a clean sheet!

Khedergio together! (oh and Kaka too)

We shall triumph! Iniestapus has decreed it so. HALA MADRID!

Good God, the thing has patches too..No, Iker, just NO! 😦
And oh lol, Iker’s hands, I’m totally not used to seeing those babies without gloves. 😆
I’m also not used to seeing Cris’ thighs all covered up!
