The Daily Drool: Ryan Babel

27 Apr

He’s definitely had his issues (especially with Twitter), but this picture of Ryan Babel is adorable. Amsterdam-born Ryan started his senior career with Ajax (2004-2007), moved on to Liverpool (2007-2011) and moved to German side TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in January. He began with the Dutch U17 National Team in 2002 and moved up to the senior team in 2005, for whom he has made 52 appearances to date.

I think all these Dutch boys with english/american names is kinda humorous – Wesley Sneijder and his brothers Jeffrey and Rodney, Robin Van Persie, and RBab, to name a few.
