Sergio Posts A Fotito, Mou Tells Tales Outta School And Today, I Heart Fast Food

27 Nov

Sergio was out and about it with his bro-in-law Carlos and Tio Raul again. Thankfully, no fashion sweatsuits were in evidence. I found a couple of other silly photos that help take my mind off the all nighter I’m pulling on my thesis (almost there kids! I present on Thursday night!)

"Pipita is THIS big!"

Sorry, I couldn’t resist! The other great news is that Barca lost to Getafe 1-0!  Juan Valera scored on an assist from one of our former canteranos, Muppet Baby and Daily Drool alum Pablo Sarabia! Go, Mup, Go! I found this macro on GoalLegacy and it cracked me up so I thought I’d share with you. (If anyone knows who originally made it, I’d be happy to add the credit).

The Burger King creeps me the fuck out. Except for today. He’s alright by me when he puts my team 6 points up in the league table. The season is long though, but I’m pleased with how things went for us today (except for all the mangling and Norma Desmond’s bullshit diving). HALA MADRID!

When I got up this morning and checked the match results, I could not believe that Getafe (ranked #16) beat Barca (ranked #2) 1-0! And this loss puts RM 6 points ahead of Barca! My first inclination was to tweet you how much I love Burger King!!! But, you beat me to it…but you know what they say about great minds? [They have great bodies! nyuck! nyuck! nyuck!]

Can’t believe Una would quit Following Real Madrid now that La Decima is within our grasp! That was a violent match we had with Atleti, although their violent tackle strategy backfired on them with 2 red cards. We may have been beaten up, but we were not beaten! HALA REAL MADRID!

Shhh, I’m a cule. Well 75% cule & 25% madridista. But I did watch both matches yesterday & Real definitely played better than Barca. A six point gap just makes things more interesting for the rest of the season.

That it does. And as I said, the season is looooong. Much could happen. Many folks here are bi-team-ual, so you’re in good company. 🙂

        Try being 50/50. It sucks.

Indeed, Barca looked terrible on Saturday. I was hoping they could get some rest this week, but no, they play tomorrow night. I agree though… This level of competition only improves the game and keeps us coming back for more. I said it during the preseason, and I’ll say it again, I think it’s going to be Real Madrid’s year!

As always Lozil, thanks for creating an accepting community. 🙂

Is that a spot of drool on the King’s lip?
Una hasn’t quit… yet. Keep fingers crossed, Jelly…
Good luck on Thursday, Loz! We are certain that you will do your very best. If you give it half the attention that you give this blog, you will be okay. 😉
