Home Again, Hard At Work

1 Mar
El Pirata: “Hey guys! We had an awesome time while you were gone! I took Calleti to an interpretative modern dance performance incorporating endangered animals!” Caletti: “Erm, yeah, um, it was…great.”

Well our internationals are back home in Madrid and jumped right back into training. Lots of photos today…

Rui, I'd be careful of what Kaka is slipping into your pocket - you're already banned for three matches! And I think Iker is in on whatever is going on. Uh oh!

Um, Sergio, in some countries that's a rather rude gesture!

The Real Madrid website posted this great picture today of Marcelo looking heavenwards.

They also posted a ton of pictures from yesterday’s training long after I had made my daily post (grrrr!), so here they are.

It’s also been announced that Real Madrid will play Benfica in the fifth annual Eusebio Cup at Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal on July 27th. It doesn’t completely rule out the rumored Real-Inter game in New York but it’s making it look possibly iffy. Grrrrrrr! But in a positive light, we get to see a Higuaray reunion.

Anyhow, more info later. It’s an insanely hectic day for me and I’m in the thick of writing my final papers. Ugh.

    Oh Sergio, such a tease!

I think that might be Morata with Rui & Iker instead of Kaka, cos Kaka’s hair is longer and more unruly.

Sorry, Shiggers, but Kaka is looking so fine and stress-free.

But what is Albiol doing in this pic? https://headbandsandheartbreak.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/y12.jpg

His hair was getting a little out of control. I’m glad he tamed it a bit.
