And Now A Commercial Break With Arsenal And Chelsea

8 May

Arsenal introduced their new kit with this “target” campaign that’s a lot of fun. Watch after the end of the commercial for a second spot where Wojciech Szczęsny lands a shot on Le Professeur’s car.

Pepsi continues their series of commercials this time featuring the talents of Chelsea’s Lamps, Drogs and Nando as well as some famous cricket players.

Here’s a making of video which includes Nando speaking English. I just want to see him say “Pesi” again like in the ad at the bottom of this post.

In Madrid and central Spain they all say ‘Pesi’, on the Islands and in Catalunya it is ‘Pecsi’ (and written like that on the cans) – the Basques say Pepsi though; Xabi and his classy homies 😉

I find his “Pesi, Pesi, Pesi” profoundly adorable in that commercial, I have to admit.

I’ll admit that after the advert came out, thousands of teenage espanolas changed their pronunciation from Pecsi to Pesi – I have no shame in admitting I was amongst them! XD

        “Al fresca de con; Pesi!”

Cool! Thanks Jagredd! I don’t know much about cricket so it’s nice to have some context and yes, they’re all very handsome. 🙂
