Mou Goes To The Mall

25 Jun

Taking a page from the Sergio Ramos Playbook, Mou is spending his holiday in Miami, apparently in a mall. He looks just thrilled by it.

I’m wondering why he’s in a sports store? I’m sure he could get tons of free swag especially those jerseys in the foreground! 😉

This reminds me when all my friends come to NYC from Europe. They always want to go shopping because everything here is cheaper. I’ve been on many of these excursions. I usually look about as excited as Mou!

    Is Mous fly unzipped?

Oh thank god I’m not the only one… I was starting to feel silly! 😀 He looks like every other dad forced to go shopping at the mall with the family. I feel his pain. (I HATE shopping. I’m one of those anomalies of the female gender.)

You aren’t the only girl who loath shopping. 😉

He looks like my dad when we go shopping as a family. Making phone calls, being like “Are you not done?” every 5 secs lol men

Hey Lozil, do your european friends make you take them to Century 21? That place is hell.

YES! And I want to claw my eyes out. I usually dump them off there and then go get coffee and wait for them.

I worked at a Century 21 in New Jersey for about 5 minutes. Sooo many people from all over the world would come and spend thousands of dollars in that store! The place isnt only hell for shopping, it’s hell to work there too, they run it like a prison. I didn’t need the extra cash that badly.

Girl, I gave to brace myself every time I go in there it’s so crazy. I hate going to that mall in general actually. I can only imagine how insane it is to work there, especially on Saturdays.

Haha, I live in Boston and its called Forever 21 here. But OMG I walked in once and I got waaay too overwhelmed.

Oh, Forever 21 and Century 21 are two different things completely. We have lots of Forever 21s in NY. Century 21 is something very specific to the NYC metro area. It sells all sorts of everything at massive discounts. Designer stuff, housewares, etc.

It is always a flat out ZOO. No matter the time of day. (Well, I’ve gone at 7 AM and it’s just at a dull roar) But the deals are good so if you can handle the equivalent of shopping in a rugby scrum, you can get some good stuff.

Aw, Mou looks so miserable, I just want to give him a hug.

It’s hilarious – Mou always talks about how he’s totally family-whipped and I always thought he was joking! Looks like I was wrong. He looks like every long suffering suburban dad dragged out to the mall that I have ever seen. Bless.

Judging from Mou’s face, he’s not feeling very Sparksly!

That’s probably why he likes to have so much control in football. Cause he has absolutely none at home, haha. But I think it’s adorable how his wife and kids have him wrapped around their fingers.

If I have learned ONE thing in this life: Never bring a foreigner into Forever21 if you are not prepared to spend over three hours there.

      Hahahaha! So true!

      You mean Century 21
