I am behind, behind, behind today as the match is already in progress but here’s some photos and video of yesterday’s training and the arrival in Lisbon.

I was watching the Eusebio cup and in the second half I could have sworn the commentator said “Higuaray” when referring to a play involving the both of them! I spat out my wine! I could have missheard (and wasted a mouthful of wine) or the commentators are catching up on their bromance gossip! im hoping for the latter 😉 also i hope Pipita wasnt injured too badly as he wasnt up receiving a medal or the trophy, Esteban collected it (a lovely sight that i hope to see often) 🙂 anyways hope u guys catch a glimpse of the boys (and Pipitas badonk) when theyre in the US! 🙂

OMG! That’s HILARIOUS! 🙂 Yeah, I’m pretty bummed to hear that Pipta was injured. Was Calleti up there? I heard that he got hurt too. 😦

oh dear. preseason injuries — not good! 😦 but i’m happy kaka was called up (sorry, shiggers!), and though i will adore my capi til the end of time immemorial, it also fills me with joy to see others wearing the captain’s armband (and also between the sticks), especially those who otherwise wouldn’t ever get a chance to do so.
