I am a firm believer in the majestic power of Sernando and their love of copying each other. So by Nando becoming a champion today, I think this ups the chances of Sergio matching his boo and winning this weekend. It’s a sign! Hey, this would give them something to talk about when they come up for air, on their secret lurve rendezvous this summer. 😉

WOOF, am I glad we have something tangible to heft after this season. Torres’s goal was amazing- Cech chucks the ball halfway down the field, Mata flicks it on, and Torres fights off several challenges for a cool, cool finish. Not the best game but two beautiful goals and a big sigh of relief.

my theory is that he doesn’t like his reddish brown either and actually dyes it darker. it looks darker sometimes, right? his hair is mysterious.
It really is. The problem is that he has naturally flushed cheeks which I adore but with this hair colour it´s a bit too much.

Nando has a lucky streak for scoring in important finals, Euro 2008, 2012, CL against Barca and now this.
Which is why I think scoring in this match (coupled with his performances the past two months) may have secured him a spot on the NT for the Confederations Cup.
