La Roja landed in Guayaquil about an hour ago. It’s nice to see that Sefutbol has still not invested in anything more than a point and shoot camera (with vaseline on the lens, methinks) or maybe they’re just taking the shots with someone’s circa 2007 Blackberry Pearl, because…WOW.
But Lion King in the hizzy! Woot! AND ALBIOL! BRING ME SOME DOUBLE As ACTION, POR FAVOR!
Ahem. I’m calmer now. Anyhow, several hundred fans greeted the team and they are now holed up at the Sheraton Guayaquil Hotel, undoubtedly giggling, braiding each other’s hair and writing in their burn books about the players that aren’t there. Time for the Strip Parchis! I know you won’t let me down, gentleman. Take photos. Social media was made for times like this.

i love la roja travelling together because counting the LV luggage is the most fun.
my second greatest hope (after strip parchis shots on instagram) is that albiol, pepe reina and calleti are being brave and telling everyone that napoli isn’t that bad.
Alas, Calleti is not there. He’s made 8 appearances for La Rojita but has never been called up to the senior side.
Hahaha…a Blackberry Pearl reference! Been there, and you are so right. I’ve enjoyed how much better I’ve gotten at photo-taking now that I have an iPhone (hopechaser11 on instagram for anyone interested! And it is a-okay if you’re not!)
I have a suspicion the camera lens was frosted over from the change in temperature from the plane to the airport tunnel. Or he could be using what you said.
