I heard the news today, oh boy, from watishista Pinpanpamm and it’s not good. Sami has ditched his headband and undergone the chop. Yes, he looks startlingly handsome (as always) but I will miss his headband. Now only Edith is holding down the fort. Thank god Sami’s hair grows fast. WHY ARE YOU ALL DOING THIS TO US?! WE REFUSE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THIS BLOG EVEN IF YOU ALL SHAVE YOUR HEADS, SO QUIT IT! Don’t you remember our battle cry last season “More headbands, less heartbreak” – why you no listen?!

i think we can all form a prayer circle, secure in the knowledge that they are all WAY too vain to shave their heads entirely (unless they do it for sick kids like the bambi morata did).
So I was looking at something else when I opened the site and just out of the corner of my eye read “Say Goodbye to Sami” and nearly went into a panic! So I’m relieved this is only a hair-related issue! Plus he looks gorgeous.

This just suits his facial structure so well. Maybe it is the way he’s smiling but it’s like all of a sudden he has more cheekbones than before. And not that he didn’t look great before, but I’m so used to seeing him with this slicked back, more matted down look. This cut has real style!

LMFAO! The first thing I thought when I heard the news was, “Less headbands, more heartbreak for the ladies over on H&H.” But didn’t he get a trim last year and within a couple of months the headband was back, so it’s too early to despair. Well, “despair” … because, really, shorter hair suits him just as well.
The only downside here is that with that cut he’s starting to look a bit like my brother-in-law, which will make it all the weirder to perv–er, I mean fawn over him.
Hmmm, looks like the bangs (or whatever manly name we have for that top front part) are still quite long so he might still need a headband… unless he decides to borrow concrete hair gel from Cristiano and cement that rather poofy comb-back in place. If does indeed decide to go band-less, don’t worry Lozil… like MissLadya said, Sami’s hairband always comes back within months. 😉
