Who likes a big ol’ training badonk? I do! We all do! Poor Valdes is focusing on the wrong bit of roundness, tsk tsk. The boys got right back into it today, working those fine bootays out!

VdB’s training brings all the boys to the pitch and they’re like it’s better than yours. Damn right, it’s better than yours, I can teach you but I have to charge you have to play for Spain.

The La Roja newbies got some extra face time today, sitting down for their first La Roja pressers.

Michu:

The Dream: “Being an international player is a dream for anyone. Wearing the Spanish team jersey is to wear the shirt of best team in the world.”

First Feelings: “I get a lot of support from Mata because I have a good relationship with him, we know each other from before. The most shocking thing was not so much the training, it was when I got the shirt with the star on it’s chest.”

Nerves: “Ultimately, when you walk onto the grass and you see everything as senior player It’s easy. I have come to help, to learn and to certify that classification.”

Diego Costa: “I know him well and he is a great player but a great person too, always seemed like a very nice guy, I do not have problems with this group.”

False 9: “I’ll play wherever the coach decides, to be with the best players is a prize and I’ll do what they ask me.”

Vicente del Bosque: “The coach I think is a very fair person, there are a lot of very good players and it is solved with much righteousness.”

albertomoreno

Moreno:

The Call: “We are proud that Del Bosque pulled players who come from below, that means that we’re doing things right and we will not fail.”

Progression: “Eight months ago I was playing in Segunda B, for me to be here with the champions of the world is amazing and I will stand up for it.”

World Cup: “I will work to be there,  if I came to this call up and things go well, I will continue striving on my team for this and to be in the World Cup.”

A couple of leftovers from yesterday….Iniesta and Sergio signed autographs and took pics with a couple of lucky fans.

And here are a few shots from yesterday’s Nissan shoot. Now I must say, I was never ga-ga over Valdes, but there’s something about him in this shoot…..I think it was the spirit fingers.

Since it’s International week, UEFA put together an Anti Racism clip featuring lots of familiar faces. The three prettiest are our boys…duh. The message is nothing we haven’t heard before, so I don’t feel guilty paying more attention to Cristiano’s lashes. They’re so wispy & prettiful!

“Football revolves around leadership on and off the pitch. European football is united against racism.
Let’s stop racism. Now.”

Interesting enough, Fabio Cannavaro is the 2nd athlete speaking in the clip, saying “…without discrimination of any kind.” Hmmm…really? I guess homophobia isn’t considered discrimination to him. You can watch the clip here, UEFA is being a shit and banning anyone from posting it on YouTube.

And finally a couple of fan shots with Sese. We all know this hunka munka is a camera magnet, but I’m starting to think he’s the one asking fans for pics instead of the other way around!

i think if Valdes played for another team and not barca he would have been featured here more. there is smth about the guy for sure.

Well, he does want to leave after this season. I think a lot of us will feel less guilty about him once he’s playing for another team 😉

He was the King of Drool Amnesty this year! It’s not just because he plays for Barca, but he’s pretty much a douche and loves to talk smack about Real. Doesn’t really make us want to big up him, you know? But hey, if he leaves and stops being a dick… 🙂 He is hot, no doubt about that.

I stand by my reasoning for picking him as my Drool Amnesty… He makes me fluttery in a “I want to destroy your body with naked time, then I want to punch you in the face” kinda way.

He’s got this bad boy appeal and is sexy hot…too bad he plays for the other side and hates our guts. It’s sort of: I hate you, I hate you, I hate you….ohhhhhhhhh hot kiss and jump bones!

::slow clap:: Perhaps the finest description ever of the classic hate fuck. 🙂

I’d like to add the fact that he’s really quite adorable when he’s talking about anything other than Real Madrid on the list of his redeeming qualities.

Woke up not feeling good today and I have to work! That ‘Sese asking fans for photos’ will definitely get me through this day. If my boss somehow finds a reason to yell at me I’ll just close my eyes and imagine Sese asking me for a photo. Now I wish my boss would yell at me!

    God bless you Maisougio.

y’all think Valdés is cute there, you need to see him on El Hormiguero. Lots of charming smiles. And an adorable little moment of him being a little giddy talking about David Villa.
