There Is Just No Excuse For This…

3 Nov

BYJp8FlIEAEaPbUJFC, Sese. Do you ever look in a mirror? And if you do, how are you justifying this look? From the waist down, you’re a shit kicking farmer (in what are probably $800 jeans). Your torso sports a shirt that looks like some sort of Frankenstinean marriage of Iker’s closet and a quilted Chanel handbag. And you top it all off with a leather baseball cap. As you do. You know what’s missing from this ensemble? Something shiny. NEEDS MORE SEQUINS. You’re slipping, my friend.  (I’ve given up chastising him, I’m just going to embrace the insanity.)

I really don’t see the problem – he looked way worse. I wouldn’t even consider this outfit as bad. If I met somebody on the street, dressed like that, I wouldn’t even notice… it’s not that special…

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure, I guess. Definitely not my idea of style. I skew more to the Xabi classic look. I find it objectionable because A. bad and B. it probably cost more than the GNP of a small country.

I’d side eye someone if I saw them wearing this on the street. And yes, I get that it’s not bad *for him* Not saying much though, now is it? 😉

Sergio, how much did you spend to look like a truck driver? Have you heard of Walmart? Your next purchase had better be an 18-wheel semi or a harvester combine.

Lozil, you’re only NOW embracing the insanity? Fashion Stockholm Syndrome is a beautiful thing, I think you’ll learn to love it.

Minus the hat because unless you’re at or playing a ball game (or maybe at summer camp), those are always terrible, this isn’t so bad. It’s just that the top is a mismatch with the bottom. That shirt is screaming for a pair of grey skinny jeans and nice oxfords. But I really like it, it’s fashion forward without being completely over the top. The leather accents are completely on trend, albeit on women’s clothing more than men’s. But hey, our boy does what he does.

Yeah, I realize the leather patches are on trend for women. I’ve seen many a Frankencoat on the subway lately. I think it looks like crap. That’s just my personal preference though. I may embrace his insanity, but I’m still gonna call him on it. 😉

In Sese terms, I’d say that’s actually a pretty good outfit. In “regular person with a healthy pair of eyes” terms, it’s a no way. You know, sometimes I wonder if certain players of our favorite team are secretly near-sighted, and possibly just don’t see the outfit they’ve chosen to wear. You’ve got to admit it would explain *a lot*.

Of with that thing on his head, and it would at least look”almost good” But that shirt, can anyone wear it so it looks not” totally insane”, I stared and I stared when I saw it on twitter. Can´t believe it, my best friend is a non-fashion liker and poor student, and even he would not take this on. Oh well, I guess huge salary doesn’t come with fashion advice….
Amazing blog, just found it. Spend nearly a whole night looking it through. You make a Swedish, non-Spanish speaking, girl heart survive!

Hi Klara! Thanks for your kind words – so glad you’re enjoying the blog. 🙂

Sergio’s fashion sense is…mysterious to say the least!

What’s with his habbit lately of buttoning his shirt all the way up? That makes it look even worse. And why is his cap so high on his head al the time, is his head too big?
Oh well, amusing it is …

I think that is totally awful. I even enjoy Serhio in orange or bright green pants, but this hillbilly look, ouch…

I want to push him into the pool so I can get him out and re-dress him in something better… Or not re-dressing him at all works for me too.
