Cause a La Decima party goes all night long, straight through the next day and on to a third! So many pictures and videos that my eyes are starting to cross. In this post, it’s the presentation of Ol’ Big Ears to the regional government and the city of Madrid and its installation in the museum at the Bernabeu (sorry, not chronological).
The team first went to the regional government office and met with its head, Ignacio González.
Then they presented the trophy on the balcony of Puerta de Sol to the fans.
They then continued on to meet the mayor of Madrid, Ana Boatella and there were speeches. Oh, so many speeches.
La Decima was installed in the Bernabeu Museum today. The Peez brought it there and there’s a rather poignant video with him. We all know how much this meant to him.
Fans flocked to see La Decima in the newly renovated museum.
And now onward to the celebration at the Bernabeu!
