Photographer Stephan Vanfleteren has an exhibition of his brilliant photos of the Belgium National Team currently up in Brussels. The photographs are on display at the Botanique in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode until August 17, 2014.
The photographs in the exhibit come from a book that Vanfleteren published in 2013 called MMXIV. (You can order it here and right now it’s discounted 10 euros.)
Click on the pictures below to view full size. It’s just a sample of the works on display.
Aren’t they stunning? I have some friends visiting from Belgium and if they head back home before the exhibit ends, I’m going to ask them to grab me the catalog. It’s took good to pass up.
Here’s some pictures of the artist at the show and Pierre Kompany, Vincent’s dad who posed next to his son’s portrait.
You can really see the scale of the photos – they’re huge! Stephan Vanfleteren’s work is amazing. You can see more of it on his website.

Sad we’re out, but this is still one of the most handsome teams! These photos are gorgeous!
Belgians are pretty. Must book ticket to Belgium. 🙂
