I’m SUPER excited about this and also huddled in a corner fearing what the fallout is going to be. I’m basically ready to fly out there and crazy glue Isco, Jese, and Di to the pitch.

I’m most worried about Khedira, Isco and Di Maria… It’s so sad that hiring exciting new players means that some of the old favourites will have to go 😦

Maybe I’m grasping at straws, but since the Arsenal deal for Sami fell through I’m hoping he’ll stay. I’m very worried about Isco and Di Maria. Isco started out so strong with us and then never got played enough and somehow, Di Maria seems to always be underappreciated. He was really important for us this past season and he had a great World Cup. I just want all our boys to be able to stay AND James to come AND for everybody to get their fair share of playing time. Sigh…

I think Di Maria is under appreciated by the majority of fans, not the coach. Ancelloti wanted Fideo to stay, and he did. I’m hoping he still can.

That’s a good point. I also feel like Di’s place seems in danger every season since he came, and he always manages to stick it out and prove himself. Hopefully he’ll stay because it seems like he just keeps getting better and better.

I think selling di maria would be a big mistake. He has had a great season and played well during the world cup. And he’s already used to our style of playing and james isn’t. I’m sure he’ll get used to it since he’s a phenomenal player but I wouldn’t get rid of something sure for something that’s unsure.

I want to see him teach the other boys those celebration dance moves.
