Every summer players move from one club to another. It’s often difficult to stomach. No, seriously. The past two summer transfer windows have left me wanting to throw up. I have never been so upset over player movement as I was these past two seasons. I needed a week to deal with a particular transfer (I still haven’t dealt with it. I’m in denial) before I could even write this post.
At first I was going to cover the four leagues we tend to pay the most attention to (Spain, Italy, Germany, and England) in one post. I kept a running list of movement through my epic tears.
But there is so much to cover that I decided to break it up into multiple posts. I know many of us watch multiple leagues, so this way perhaps you can keep an eye out for some exciting new players on your team of choice (or your rival of choice). I won’t be listing EVERY player that has moved, just some of the more interesting ones.

So are you excited? Or still trying to recover? I’m a bit of both, personally. But I’m optimistic by nature, so bring it on!

Most of it all still hurts. Mainly the Xabi and Ander deals.
Also, I believe you missed Valencia loaning out defender Victor Ruiz to Villarreal.
I didn’t put everyone down. So I probably deleted it off my list by mistake. There was so much movement to keep track of
No worries. I like him so that’s the only reason I noticed. The deal happened towards the end and it went off my radar until I watched the Villarreal game and saw him out on the field with them.
I think I had him on my list (which was ridiculously long) and just skipped over it. I would consider him a rather big mover
