Well, that’s the way football goes sometimes. The result was disappointing. However, we’ve been on the other side of those last minute stoppage time goals plenty. Luck was bound to go the other way at some point. But it still sucks.
Oh well. We still have a game in hand. Our next game is on Wednesday is vs. Deportivo and the team began to prepare for that today.
Cris, Asensio, Casemiro, Marcelo, Keylor Navas and Modric trained on the pitch and in the gym. Sergio, Gareth, Nacho, Dani, Toni and Benz trained worked out indoors. Castilla’s Enzo, Valverde, Salto and Achraf joined the session with the first team. (Video)
