The internationals are, for the most part, still away but Los Blancos continue to prepare for Saturday’s match vs. Getafe.
Today’s session featured high-intensity ball work. Franchu, Toni, Quezada, Seoane and Fidalgo of Castilla along with Darío and Alberto from the U19s took part in the training alongside the first team. Keylor and Luca worked indoors while Mateo, G-Money and Carvajal continued with their recovery programs. (Video)
Some extra recovery is probably going to be needed for poor Gareth – he must be heartsick about Wales not qualifying for the World Cup. I was really hoping to see him there. (I’m right there with you, buddy – the US didn’t qualify either so I’m sitting here crying into my ice cream). But congrats to Ireland for making it into the playoffs. I know forzasusan will be very happy with thaT outcome!
