I promised more on the doodles at the start of the tournament and I am finally delivering! Google commissioned 24 female guest artists, each representing one of the participating countries, to create a doodle capturing “the local excitement of the World Cup competition as well as what soccer means to the guest artist personally.” And wow, did they deliver!
