German attacking midfielder has been playing for the Brisbane Roar of the A-League in Australia since 2010. Prior to that he had been playing in the Bundesliga since 2000. His journey was the subject of a documentary called Tom Meets Zizou. He has represented Germany on the U21 and B teams.

Yugoslav born Labinot Haliti plays as a second striker for the Newcastle Jets of the A-League. He holds Albanian, Australian and Kosovar citizenship. He played for the Australian U23 side in 2006.
