World Cup 2014: Minimalist Posters of Memorable Football Moments

There have been some incredible moments at this World Cup. I’ll never forget Tim Cahill’s goal vs Netherlands. That has to be one of, if not THE, goal of this tournament. Xherdan Shaqiri’s thunderbolt vs Honduras was so good, even in a game which saw him net two more. There was Memo Ochoa’s performance vs Brazil. How calm he was, just chewing his gum, moving to and fro across the goal with ease, his hair perfectly coiffed with the headband. There were also Keylor Navas’ go-go-gadget performances vs everyone. And Tim Howard vs Belgium. So many memorable moments. Continue reading

Chile AustraliaThese might not be the best two teams in the tournament, but both of them are looking to make an impression here in the group stage. Their opening match had speed and stunning passes, dramatic goals and equally dramatic goal-line clearances.
