They’re baaaaack! The team returned Madrid after last night’s win vs. the MLS All-Stars (penalty kicks always suck, no matter who wins, IMHO). 

New Year & Holiday Fun

Hope everyone had a lovely New Year’s Eve and have been enjoying the day today. As promised, a bumper crop of what various ‘ballers have been doing on their holidays. There have been engagements, baby announcements, singing in the mirror while dressed in a towel (Cristiano), blue gradient shoes (Sergio), celebrating on a camel (Mateo & Lukita) and a rather ungracious joke about a rival (Toni Kroos, being a bit rude, IMHO).  Let’s dig in! (It’s long so be prepared!)

The Daily Drool – Epic Bromance Month: Dom Dwyer & Soony Saad

We’ll get back to the Europa League Drools on January 1st but for now, it’s the 4th Annual Epic Bromance Month!

I thought I’d start out this year’s Epic Bromance Month with an undeniable love match. Drool alums Dom Dwyer & Soony Saad have one of the most legendary bromances in the MLS and probably anywhere. Ugh, these two are so adorable that it almost defies belief. Their team, Sporting Kansas City, even makes videos about it!
