New Year & Holiday Fun

Hope everyone had a lovely New Year’s Eve and have been enjoying the day today. As promised, a bumper crop of what various ‘ballers have been doing on their holidays. There have been engagements, baby announcements, singing in the mirror while dressed in a towel (Cristiano), blue gradient shoes (Sergio), celebrating on a camel (Mateo & Lukita) and a rather ungracious joke about a rival (Toni Kroos, being a bit rude, IMHO).  Let’s dig in! (It’s long so be prepared!)

All the players who didn’t start against Granada had a session today. Illara trained at the same rate which is great news while Sami was on his own. The rest of the boys will be back tomorrow.

Oh. My. GAWDDDDD! The cuteness is killing me! Daddy Beckham & bebe Harper took in a Kings game, at the Staples Center, last night and were caught on the kiss cam. If the picture alone hasn’t completely melted you, just wait until you see the video. Harper’s got some sweet little dance moves too!

Here’s some bits & bobs from the last few days. Brazil spanked the ever lovin’ crap out of China 8-0 on Monday (ouch). The team posted lots of pix the past few days, mostly of them celebrating Oscar’s 21st birthday and hanging out. Doesn’t Marcelo look badass in that shot?

Harper. Seven. With. Minnie. Mouse. Ears. This girl is just too squishy & yummy!! And look at those cheeks, that double chin, and her chunky arms!! Babies like that were meant to be bitten y’all. I’d say her daddy has quite a bite-able quality to him too, wouldn’t you agree? Check out the whole fam at Disneyland.

My oh my, much going on but we’re all still reeling from The Ramos and his new hair, so I’ve dragged myself out of mourning just long enough to put together a post. Harper Seven Beckham,  her uber chubby cheeks and fat little nummy baby legs gave some good bitchface this Easter weekend.  Showing the adult equivalent was the master, Nando during Chelsea’s match with Fulham today.
