Germany Prepares For Greece, Hangs On The Beach

Germany got their stretch on today as they prepare to meet Greece in the quarter finals on Friday. I’m so miffed that I’ll be working during this match as well. Doesn’t the universe know that I need to watch my boo?!

Germany played Israel today and I’ll *try* to get a recap up over the weekend. I’m coming back from Philly tomorrow night but not until about midnight or so, which means I’m already behind schedule. Fun! Maybe on the trip I’ll have time to write one up if the gods of wifi are good to me.

The so-pretty-it-hurts Holger is a defender for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. He’s also been a member of Die Mannschaft starting with the U-19s in 2007 and working his way up to the senior team in 2010.
