Happy New Year! You can all thank watishista Em for finding the delectable Sebastian for us. He’s an attacking midfielder for the LA Galaxy (sing it with me:”He can attack my midfield anytime!”).The 23 year old San Francisco native has represented the US at the U17, U20 and U23 levels. Because his Twitter has a ton of gorgeous pictures, have another moment of foxiness after the jump.

It’s A Great Day In America

Sitting at my desk having a full on ugly cry (a very happy one!) because the Supreme Court made same sex marriage legal in all 50 states (and defended Obamacare the other day – woot!). It’s been a long time coming. There’s still much work to be done, but right now, anything feels possible.

To keep this in a soccer vein, Robbie Rogers scored his first goal for the LA Galaxy last night since coming out and it was Pride Night as well!  And former MLS player Mike Hatzke came out. Mazel tov! It feels like a dam is about to break, y’all. Wouldn’t it be beautiful if people could just love whomever they want without judgement or fear? I look forward to that day. May it come soon.

International Champions Cup North America Schedule Announced

The ICC announced the schedule for the North American matches which will be taking place July 11 – August 5 in 14 stadiums in the US, Canada and Mexico. Full schedule after the jump.
