So happy and proud of Calleti & Morata, who received a call up for La Roja’s matches against Belarus and Germany. I really hope that they get to make their debut. (Other n00bs: Nolito & the fabulously named Nacho Camacho). And congrats to our other boys (and ex-boys): Iker, Isco, Sergio & Albiol. They report on November 12. (Congrats also to Álvaro Medrán on his first call up for the U21 team).

Congrats to the Spanish Women’s National Team who qualified for their first ever World Cup with a win over Romania yesterday. In the run up to that match, some of their buddies from La Roja (Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Koke, Raúl García, Marc Bartra, Cesar Azpilicueta, Cesc Fabregas and Santi Cazorla) made a video to show their support.
