Somewhere in that mob scene, I’m dancing and cheering. I can’t pick myself out, but it’s right in front of my office so I know I’m there somewhere. What a wonderful experience to see our amazing USWNT players given so much love.  I cried and I say that with absolutely no shame.

2015 WWC – Group F: Colombia Versus Mexico (1-1)

Colombia drew Mexico on June 9th in Moncton in front of a crowd of 11,686.

2015 WWC – Group F: France Versus England (1-0)

France beat England 1-0 on June 9th in Moncton in front of a crowd of 11,686. Eugenie Le Sommer netted the game’s lone goal at ’29.

Continuing To Prep For Espanyol

The team continued to prepare for Sunday’s match vs. Espanyol. Sergio is injured and underwent testing. Bah humbug.

Rory Croons For The Tigers

18 year old goalkeeper Rory Watson was put through the traditional initiation singing ritual this past weekend when he got his first call up for Hull City. Tigers captain Curtis Davies uploaded this video of Rory taking on Jason Mraz’s “I’m Your’s” Seems football isn’t his only skill – the kid can sing! Poor Rory didn’t make the starting XI or the bench in the end but he did wow his teammates and all the other peeps who enjoyed this video. He’s too adorable.

MyGypsySpirit: What a tournament it has been! I can’t remember a tournament that has been quite as exciting as this. Granted, I have a terrible memory. But the consensus has been pretty outstanding. This was one of the best World Cups in anyone’s memory.
