And all is right with the world! Memo Ochoa is once more sporting his famous gorgeous curls, and I for one could not be happier!

Now, I just need Malaga to put him between the posts sometime so I can see that hair in action again.

World Cup 2014: Minimalist Posters of Memorable Football Moments

There have been some incredible moments at this World Cup. I’ll never forget Tim Cahill’s goal vs Netherlands. That has to be one of, if not THE, goal of this tournament. Xherdan Shaqiri’s thunderbolt vs Honduras was so good, even in a game which saw him net two more. There was Memo Ochoa’s performance vs Brazil. How calm he was, just chewing his gum, moving to and fro across the goal with ease, his hair perfectly coiffed with the headband. There were also Keylor Navas’ go-go-gadget performances vs everyone. And Tim Howard vs Belgium. So many memorable moments.

In the past week or so he has produced some wicked World Cup-related haircuts for fans. And he does all this freehand too. Just give him a photo, a head, and his tools and he’s good to go.

Oh boy. What a mess. I was so excited to hear that Juventus is playing Club America here in NYC on July 26th. Getting so Memo Ochoa vs. Gigi Buffon? Awesome, right? However,sad news just came down the pike.

Guadalajara-born Francisco Guillermo Ochoa Magaña better known as Memo is the goalie for Club America and the Mexican National team. He started his senior and national team career in 2004.
