The Daily Drool: Mikel Oyarzabal
10 AprRight now, I couldn’t be more in love with 18 year old (19 in a couple of weeks!) left winger Mikel. He scored the lone goal in Real Sociedad’s win over Barcelona yesterday. That means Barca’s only 3 points over Atleti in the table and we’re 4 behind. Things just got very interesting in La Liga. The Eibar-born Muppet Baby probably wasn’t too pleased to see his team trounced by Los Blancos 4-0 yesterday. But I’m sure scoring the game winner against Barca probably eased his pain. La Real recently extended his contract until 2021. So this is some early repayment on that confidence. Mikel has represented Spain at the U18 and U19 levels.
