30 Mar22 year old West Brom striker Saido has had an incredible life. He was born in Burundi, and sadly, his father was killed in the civil war there in 1997. 10 year old Saido made his way alone to Birmingham, England fleeing the war in the hope of being reunited with his mother and siblings who had already been granted asylum. He couldn’t find his family on arrival and was placed in a foster home. The authorities eventually found his mother and administered a DNA test to prove their relationship. His love of the sport helped him integrate into English society and he signed to West Brom at age 11. This kid has certainly lived a lot in a short time! He has represented England at the U16, U17, U18, U19, U20 and U21 levels.

The Daily Drool – Coaches: Roberto Di Matteo
30 MarDi Matteo was an assistant to Andre Villas-Boas at Chelsea and took over as interim coach after AVB was sacked in March of 2012. He guided them to two trophies: the FA Cup and Champions League. He was appointed to the head coach spot permanently on June 13, 2012. Sadly, he was fired on November 21, 2012. He previously coached Milton Keynes Dons and West Bromwich Albion.

Handsome Enzo started playing as a midfielder for Malaga in 2011. He’s been playing pro since 1998 for a number of teams (West Bromwich Albion, Juventus, Bologna, Piacenza, Fiorentina, Sevilla and Olympiacos). He also represented the Italian National Team at the youth level – U15 through U 21 (1995-2002).
