This was the bromance seen ’round the World.
Poor James was overwhelmed and teary about Colombia’s elimination from the World Cup. David was right there to console him (along with Dani Alves & Marcelo). He gave him a pep talk and encouraged the crowd to applaud James’ fantastic World Cup performance. It was one of the sweetest moments of the tournament and it continued off the pitch as well as you can see from the interview below. David then put James’ shirt on backwards so the cameras could pick it up and wore it all over. Respect.
Of Headbands and Heartbreak... 
This was one of the most touching moments of the World Cup, and it was totally eclipsed by that nasty Suarez bite. Polar opposites in terms of sportsmanship: the best should outshine the worst. I am soooo glad we got Juggy James and not Suarez! He brings so much joy to the team! And of course, how could you not fall more in love with David Luiz?
BTW, how about featuring Marcelo + David Luiz? 2 total goofballs!
