Lots going on today! The session was closed but the team got right back to work. We face Almeria on Friday and then we’re off to the Club World Cup after. (Video)
Today was also the Christmas luncheon for the football and basketball teams. This means that they filmed the holiday messages today but we’ll have to wait for that and the bloopers. Always one of my favorite parts of the holiday season. (Video)

After the luncheon, the coaches and captains of both teams (Carlo Ancelotti, Pablo Laso, Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos and Felipe Reyes) went to the Sanitas La Moraleja hospital to give holiday presents to ill children.

Argh! I cannot wait for the Christmas message bloopers! I also want to see who managed to pair up with Cristiano. Will he go with Marcelo or Pepe? Or will they just cut to the chase and let him pose with his harem (Gareth, James & Jese)? To stop the cat fights, I bet they put him with Fabio. Gareth with Lukita, James with Keylor and Jese with…Dani or Nacho?
