It’s (Almost) Official: Morata In Turin To Complete Juventus Transfer

18 Jul

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew it was coming but it still hurts. King Muppet Baby has just arrived in Turin to complete his move to Juventus. Video of him arriving after the jump.

I hope he gets more playing time. I hope he bromances with Llorente. I hope he is loved. I hope he get to hang with Gigi & Pirlo. I sure hope that the latter doesn’t take him drinking.  I will miss him so.

If nothing else, he’ll toughen up and learn he needs to be more creative when facing an Italian defensive system like Roma. Vidal, if he sticks around, could be a great person for him to learn from in terms of an attacking mindset. And guarantee Buffon will take him under his wing for a bit, provide a solid model of leadership. Would have rather him be at Arsenal with Wenger but this is pretty good too.

knowing that Llorente is there to take care of him and be a good influence on him makes me feel a tad better.
